Educa ing en ep eneu ship is a key economic and socie al challenge o which
uni e si ies ha e much o con ibu e. The ole ha highe educa ion ins i u ions a e cu en ly
playing h ough eaching en ep eneu ship and ans e ing knowledge and inno a ion o
ainees is e y essen ial.
Tunisian go e nmen has been dis inguished hinks o many economic and social
pe o mances. Howe e , i aced a g ea p oblem o unemploymen . In ac , he a e (1) o

en ep eneu ship as pa o he EPM on lea ne s (p o iles, in en ions and beha io s), and
secondly, o see i ha impac has acili a ed he ans e o knowledge om his aining in
hei wo kplace and hei wo king li e in gene al. The cen al issue is o mula ed as he
ollowing: Wha is he impac o en ep eneu ship aining in ISAAS unde he EPM on
lea ne s? How could hey ans e wha hey lea ned in hei p o essional li e? And wha a e
he ac o s ha acili a ed he ans e o hei lea ning?
1. The en ep eneu ship aining in Tunisian uni e si ies
The end o 90s was ma ked by se e al ini ia i es aimed a p omo ing en ep eneu ship
cul u e h oughou he coun y and in eg a ing i in he Tunisian educa ion sys em (Aloulou,
2005; Tak ak Kallel, 2005).
Tunisian au ho s ha e ied o e alua e he expe ience o Tunisian uni e si y in e ms
o en ep eneu ship educa ion. These include he wo k o Tak ak Kallel, which was based on
he expe ience o ESC Tunis; he au ho has a emp ed o sugges an e alua ion me hod o
eaching.
Fo his pa , Aloulou (2005) has illus a ed ha appeal o en ep eneu ship wi hin he
Uni e si y o Tunisia: "En ep eneu ship and en e p ise c ea ion is mo e han e e on he
agenda in Tunisian uni e si ies and a p eoccupa ion a he cen e o hei s a egic di ec ions.
The numbe o academic ins i u ions o e ing a cu iculum dedica ed o en ep eneu ship and
en e p ise c ea ion inc eases om one yea o ano he .” Acco ding o Aloulou (2005),
modules dedica ed o en ep eneu ship and en e p ise c ea ion we e adop ed in he second
cycle o Tunisian highe educa ion, whe he in schools o managemen , enginee ing colleges,
poly echnics o business schools: we ind o example, as cu icula: "En ep eneu ship and
Leade ship Skills" and "C ea ing En e p ises".

Fayolle e al. (2006) and Fayolle & Benoî (2009) ha e sugges ed a new me hodology

In his sec ion, we discuss he ques ion ounda ion o any job aining which i s
e ec i eness is. In o he wo ds, he deg ee o wha has been lea ned du ing he EPM aining
is ans e ed o he wo kplace.

end o aining. This esul is mainly based on pe cei ed sel -e icacy o Bandu a possessed
by he pe son.

qui e clea . By cons, 14.8% ha e a e y clea en ep eneu ial p ojec comple ed o unde

The choice o ou subjec was a eal challenge: in ac , assess he long- e m impac o

he ISAAS’s EPM was ano he challenge because any ini ia i es ha e been aken p e iously
o assess he e iciency o his mas e . We we e obliged o eso ou in e iewees in a way o
