II. PROVISIONAL MEASURES AND THE RIGHT TO AN EFFECTIVE REMEDY

A. THE INTERIM MEASURE SUSPENDING THE CONTESTED ACT

B. OTHER MEASURES FOR GUARANTEEING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE
FUTURE DECISION ON THE SUBSTANCE OF THE MATTER
As we said, unde A icle 279 TFEU o he in e im measu es can be adop ed bu only in
