In den al p ac ice, chamomile ex ac is widely used in he ea men o in lamma ion o he
o al mucosa (gingi i is, s oma i is, pe iodon i is, e c.). Medicines p epa ed on he basis o his ex ac
help main ain o al hygiene, educe mic obes, and es o e he mucous memb ane.
Based on he li e a u e s udied, i was de e mined ha he c ea ion o coa ings ha can be used
in den is y based on chamomile ex ac is o scien i ic and p ac ical impo ance.
Objec i e. Taking in o accoun he abo e, he aim o he s udy was o jus i y he mode a e
composi ion o a den al polyme medicinal phy opa con aining chamomile d y ex ac ob ained om
a local chamomile plan .
Me hods and s yles. In ou s udies, ini ially, he concen a ion o chamomile d y ex ac was
selec ed as 10% in he polyme mass based on scien i ic a icles. A he nex s age, a polyme ha
o ms a mode a e coa ing was selec ed o c ea e a polyme medicinal coa ing. Fo his, model polyme
masses we e o med using a ious polyme s. Na KMS, MS, collagen, PVP we e used as polyme s in
he o ma ion o he ilm. O hese, MS polyme was selec ed as mode a e.
Ini ially, he e ec o he concen a ion o glyce in added as a plas icize on he p ope ies o
medicinal polyme ilms was s udied. The ollowing indica o s we e e alua ed: appea ance and

o he Russian Fede a ion, as well as he S a e Pha macopoeia o he Republic o Uzbekis an and
li e a u e sou ces. A he nex s age, he e ec o he concen a ion o peach oil added o he mass o
medicinal polyme ilm on he p ope ies o he abo e-men ioned polyme ilms was also s udied
Resul s. Fo he s udy, glyce in was added in concen a ions o 1.0%, 1.5%, 2% and e alua ed
acco ding o he abo e-men ioned indica o s. The bes esul acco ding o he abo e-men ioned
indica o s was eco ded o he medicinal polyme ilm con aining 2% glyce in. Since he desi ed
iscosi y was no achie ed a e he addi ion o glyce in as a plas icize , he nex s ep was o examine
he e ec o peach oil on he p ope ies o he medicinal polyme ilm. Fo his, medicinal polyme
ilms wi h peach oil added a concen a ions o 0.5%, 1%, and 2% we e p epa ed. When s udying he
p ope ies o he ob ained polyme ilms, i was ound ha he mode a e concen a ion was 2%. A
he emaining concen a ions, b i leness o he ilm was no ed. Acco ding o he expe imen al esul s,
MS was selec ed a a concen a ion o 2% as he mode a e polyme o ming he ilm in he
composi ion o he den al polyme ilm based on chamomile d y ex ac .
Conclusion. A numbe o polyme s we e s udied o ob ain den al polyme medicinal phy o ilms
con aining chamomile d y ex ac : Na KMS, MS, collagen, PVP. Acco ding o he esul s o
