Al hough he co e o Mach’s philosophical posi ion is no conce ned wi h he
his o y and philosophy o ma hema ics, I will show ha Fe ei ós’ app oach can
enligh en se e al aspec s o Mach’s iews. In o de o a ain his goal, he i s sec ion
o he pape is de o ed o p esen and summa ize he gene al lines o Fe ei ós’ wo k. In
