Apžvalgos / Surveys 305 EVA SEITLOVÁ The University of Masaryk Directions of scientific research: general vocabulary. TEREZA KABELÁČOVÁ The University of Masaryk Research areas: comparative Indo-European languages. This is VÁCLAV BLAŽEK The University of Masaryk Research areas: Indo-European studies, especially the Slavic, Baltic, Celtic, Anatolian, Tocharian and Indo-Iranian languages; Finnish-Ugric languages; African and Asian languages; the etymology; the genetic classification; mathematical models of historical linguistics. This is JINDŘICH ČELADÍN Museums of Prague Research areas: Lithuanian history, history of Czech film posters, artistic castings in the Blansko region. The Czech Republic František Ladislav Čelakovský is considered the founder of Czech Baltic literature, supplementing his representative collection of songs of various Slavic peoples with examples of Lithuanian work (first edition in 1827). For this purpose, he learned Lithuanian from the 1747 grammar of Philip Ruigius and translated 72 texts from the 1825 collection of Ludwig Ries. Another important work of Chelakovsky is his Lithuanian dictionary, on which he worked from the beginning of the nineteenth century until his death. The word lists supplement the author's grammatical one about the prehistoric Czech and Lithuanian bei etimologinėmis pastabomis – šitaip Čelakovskis norėjo pagrįsti savo idėneighborhood. Unfortunately, he didn't make it on his own.

Lietuvių liaudies dainomis bei lietuvių kalba apskritai domėjosi ir Pavelas Josefas Šafarikas (1835, 1838), visapusiškas tyrinėtojas, labiausiai išgarsėjęs savo darbu Slovanské starožitnosti. The Lithuanian language as one of the Indo-European languages was studied by August Šleicheris, the first professor of the newly established Department of Comparative fesorius Karolio universitete (nuo 1850 m.). Nors buvo vokiečių kilmės, ŠleiIndo-European Languages, who wrote and Czechized the Lithuanian language (1853). He wrote his most important Lithuanian grammar with excerpts from texts and glosses in German, but it was published in Prague (1856-1857). This grammar became a strong impulse for wider interest in the Lithuanian language and language not only in the Czech Republic, but also throughout Europe. In the sixteenth decade of the nineteenth century, Martinas Hattala (1857-58) wrote about the cheerfulness of Lithuanian surnames, comparing it to the cheerfulness of Slavic languages. Lithuanian folklore is studied by Janas Gebaueris (1865, 1882) and Leopold Geitler (1873), although Geitler was more interested not in folklore itself but in the peculiarities of the Lithuanian language, its phonology, morphology and relations with Slavic languages (1873-1885). In the year before Geitler's death (1885) a wide-ranging Indo-Europeanist, Josef Zubat, appeared on the scene: as can be seen from the reviews presented here, he was the most productive Czech Balticist. He has written 18 articles and 43 reviews on Baltic topics. In 1902, František Vymazal publishes the first Czech Lithuanian language guide. In 1910-1914, František Sedlaček published several important works on the accents of the whites and Slavs. At the end of the First World War, Vaclav Važnas enriched the Czech Baltic Library with his translations of Lithuanian folk songs and fairy tales (1917). When it develops, the dependence on the Baltic languages weakens, but does not disappear completely. In 1928, one of the most active propagators of Latvian and somai Čekoslovakijai ir nepriklausomoms Baltijos valstybėms čekų tyrinėtojų Czech relations, Hanušas Entneris, publishes a Czech-Latvian dictionary with grammar. Václav Machek returns to Lithuanian songs in his translations and publishes a scientific publication - an article about the parallels between the Baltic and Slavic languages. In his bibliography, which Jaroslavas Haaszas (1937). Bet jau XX a. 3-iame dešimtmetyje savo pirmąją ends only in 1980, i.e. fifteen years after Machiavelli's death, we find twelve articles and four thematic reviews on the Baltic. Since Macheko's appearance on the stage, we can talk about the emergence of a second Baltic center in the city of Brno. Brno was succeeded by the Indo-Europeanist Adolphe Erhart. He published the first (!) Czech grammar of the Lithuanian language (1956), and his guide Baltské jazyky (1984) is not only a great introduction to Baltic studies, 1 Lemeškin Ilja 2010: František Ladislav Čelakovski's Lithuanian Language Dictionary. Čekų baltistikos bibliografija Reviews and surveys 307 Erhard Masaryk worked intensively at the university for four decades, and his successor was chosen as the Prague structuralist Tomasz Hoskovec (born in 1996). One of the authors of this article, who also came to Brno thanks to Erhart, is also studying the etymology of the Baltic. Bohumil Vykypelas, who is also engaged in research in the fields of Slavonic and typology, also represents Brno Baltic. The youngest Brno white party is made up of Jindrich Čeladin, Marta Betakova and Tereza Kabelačova. They had already participated in various Baltic conferences and published their first articles. The most interesting of Prague's linguists was Pavel Trost, who published 15 articles on Baltic themes from 1958 onwards. One other Baltic aspect in his works is touched by the Slavists Václav relas Janačekas, Jiris Marvanas, Lubošas Rehačekas, Olga Parolkova, Janas PePolák, Katras, Karel Horalek and Igor Nemcs. Particular attention should be paid to Radegastas Parolek, who is systematically engaged in the transmission of Lithuanian and Latvian texts to Czech readers. The aim of the bibliographic review is to collect works by Czech authors and works published in the Czech Republic that study the Baltic languages, the folkloras. Įtrauktos taip pat slavistinės bei indoeuropeistinės studijos, kuriose language and the material of the Baltic languages considered in detail. The list contains works that are just now being printed, or for which we have not, unfortunately, been able to find all the bibliographic data, but these works should nevertheless be mentioned here. Diplomatic bachelor's and master's theses, which make up a significant part of the Baltic scientific production, are also included among others.
