Mobile technologies have emerged as pivotal tools in this transformation, enabling libraries to extend their services beyond physical boundaries and provide seamless, ubiquitous access to information resources. This research paper examines the comprehensive implementation and impact of mobile technologies, applications, and Mobile Online Public Access Catalogs (M-OPAC) used and providing effective library services in CIMDR Library. Mobile technology has emerged as a vital tool for extending library services beyond physical boundaries. With mobile applications and M-OPAC, libraries can provide 24/7 access to bibliographic records, e-resources, circulation status, and user accounts. Mastersoft Software, based in Nagpur, is a leading provider of educational ERP and library automation solutions. Its Lib-Man module and M-OPAC mobile features have been widely adopted across Indian academic institutions, including management colleges. CIMDR Library also provided effective services with the help of the software. M-OPAC (Mobile Online Public Access Catalog): The M-OPA application revolutionizes library access by providing mobile-optimized catalog services. This system allows users to search library resources from anywhere using their smartphones.
