The project is developed with SSHRC support, through the Implementing New Knowledge Environments Partnership (inke.ca) The HSS Commons is the first digital commons with an emphasis on empowering the humanities and social sciences communities in Canada. It is also uniquely positioned to respond to the legal, academic, and institutional contexts most relevant to Canadian HSS researchers—a potential user base of approx. 90,000+.
