Two webinars highlight upcoming changes to the RADx Data Hub The NIH RADx Data Hub will launch an entirely new look and feel, along with exciting new analysis features, in Spring 2024. This April and May, the NIH Data Hub Partners will showcase what users can expect in the RADx Data Hub upgrade through two webinars featuring live demos: Accessing and Discovering Data in the New RADx Data Hub On Tuesday, April 9 from 12:00-1:00 ET,developers of the RADx Data Hub will showcase new functionality that streamlines the process of searching for data and important information about that data. Presenters will also overview how to gain permissions to access data within the RADx Data Hub and review the first steps researchers can take once data access approval is obtained. Analyzing Data in the New RADx Data Hub On Tuesday, May 14 from 12:00-1:00 ET,developers of the RADx Data Hub will showcase how researchers can analyze both public data and their Register for the April 9 webinar Subscribe Past Issues Translate own approved data through the improved Data Hub Workbench. They will also overview access to analysis tools such as Jupyter notebooks, R, Python, and SAS Viya, among others. Upgraded RADx Data Hub features scheduled to roll out in Spring 2024 The RADx Data Hub Partners are preparing for major feature rollouts this spring. In addition to a new look and feel, the platform will provide streamlined opportunities for researchers to explore and analyze NIH RADx Initiative data. We will highlight some of the features users can anticipate in this and upcoming newsletters. UPCOMING NEW FEATURE HIGHLIGHT:The upgraded RADx Data Hub will feature seamless access to powerful analytics environments including Jupyter Notebook, Python, R, and SAS, along with machine learning, data manipulation, and statistical analysis tools in the cloud. If you want to hear about new features as soon as they are released, sign up for our mailing list and make sure RADx Data Hub emails are marked to go to your inbox in your email client.  NIH NOSI provides funding for secondary analysis The NIH announced NOT-OD-24-026: Notice of Special Interest (NOSI): Advance Data Science Approaches Through Secondary Data Analysis to Reveal Scientific Insights of COVID-19 Testing Technologies.The expiration date is July 16, 2024. This NOSI supports secondary data analysis, addressing questions and advancing scientific inquiry related to SARS-CoV-2 through existing data resources in the RADx Data Hub, including and in conjunction with other data resources. Researchers can access data from four unique RADx programs: RADx Underserved Populations (RADx-UP), RADx Tech, RADx Register for the May 14 webinar Subscribe Past Issues Translate Radical (RADx-rad), and RADx Digital Health Technologies (RADxDHT). 127th Meeting of the NIH Advisory Committee to the Director recording is available The 127th Advisory Committee to the Director Meetingincluded information about the NIH RADx Initiative, including the RADx Data Hub. The Day 2 videocast featured a RADx Program Overview, helping attendees better understand the NIH RADx Program and its initiatives, accomplishments, and plans for the future.
