Their formation and development as leaders is also covered. The formation of women leaders has led to the development of a number of directions; results are given regarding the opportunities created for them to be active and take their place. Introduction: Democracy in the Republic of Uzbekistan is based on universal principles, according to which a person, his life, freedom, honor, dignity and other inalienable rights are the highest value. Democratic rights and freedoms are protected by the Constitution and laws. In our society, everyone has equal rights, even this is defined in the Constitution of our commune. The high human virtues such as attention to and appreciation of every citizen are also included, which indicates the extent to which these individuals are glorified. As the foundation of these opportunities, gender policy has also entered Uzbekistan. A number of practical works are being carried out so that the representatives of the female and male sexes are valued on the basis of the principle of equality and each of them can take their place based on their opportunities and abilities. As a result of this, many leaders and women leaders who believed in their own strength and will were formed in our society. LITERATURE ANALYSIS AND METHODS. To date, a number of legal documents have been signed to protect women's rights and correctly assess their opportunities. On September 2, 2019, the head of state took an important step in this regard within the framework of the action strategy. That is, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On guarantees of equal rights and opportunities for women and men" was signed. This served as one of the most important decisions to guarantee women's rights by the state. To date, for the first time in the history of Uzbekistan, the number of women in the national parliament has reached a level consistent with the recommendations set by the United Nations. In our country, additional guarantees were given regarding the social protection and support of women entrepreneurs and farmers. This, in turn, stopped the activities of self-confident female leaders. Nowadays, the number of women politicians is increasing. As a result of this, women also have a voice in the formation of a number of legal documents in the society. Great attention is paid to creating an environment of women who are not indifferent to the life of society, not only at home in the family environment. In the process, the widow will not be able to help with the upbringing of the children. The reason is that perfect children are brought up by a mother who is self-confident and has a lot of knowledge. RESULTS. The research results obtained based on Sandra Bem's "Masculinity, femininity and gender type of personality", J. Holland's modified method for determining the professional type of personality, E. A. Klimov's differential diagnostic questionnaire show that today school students do not have a clear professional plan, most of them (68%) show a low level of independence in choosing a profession. According to the results, the level of adherence to gender stereotypes in matters of occupational division of labor among young men is 70.8 percent. Girls have more liberal ideas about the division of labor: 42.3 percent of them consider stereotypes in the division of occupations to "male" and "female" to be unimportant at the moment. In the process of research, the preferences of students in choosing a profession are determined based on gender characteristics. In Uzbekistan, as a result of our mentality and some stereotypes, girls' education and education were second to boys'. In the course of several political changes and the progress of the standard of living, the education of the girl child has also risen to higher levels. A condition was created for them to work in their desired profession. Most importantly, their rights and interests were protected by the government. In the family, the voice of girls was also heard. The main principles of ensuring gender equality are: legality, democracy, openness, openness. The equal participation of women and men in the selection process for leadership positions in the civil service is guaranteed by the legislation of Uzbekistan.  The personnel services of state bodies are obliged to provide information on the ratio of the number of women and men working in the relevant positions of the state service.  Both mother and father have the right to paid maternity leave. The duration of parental leave can be divided between the parents at their discretion, in which case the parent can use the leave in parts. If a person believes that he/she has been subjected to direct or indirect discrimination based on gender, he/she has the right to appeal to the competent authorities or the court. In this case, the state duty will not be collected from the person who was subjected to direct or indirect discrimination on the basis of gender. Granting such rights will help create job vacancies for women. If there is a problem in the employment system just because she is a woman, such laws can put an end to such inconveniences. The rights of a woman to work without discrimination even if she is married, has a child or is pregnant have been restored. In our society, not only such laws, but also the activities of international organizations are also active. As UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has repeatedly stated, the problem of gender-based violence stems from outdated attitudes and views that persist throughout the world regarding the role of women and girls in society. "As a UN official, I am pleased to serve in a country that is taking concrete steps to overcome such old-fashioned attitudes. Nevertheless, much work needs to be done to ensure more solid progress in the implementation of ambitious national goals. The participation of many women leaders in today's event is a step forward! As a result of the implemented reforms, the dreams of many women have come true. Our state is creating all the possibilities to help them out of difficult situations and stressful situations. Not only the education of strong women who have their place, but also the living conditions of women who are free from violence and discrimination are improving. Equally with world pictures, there is an opportunity for women's voices to be heard in our country. Now they are working in the field of architecture, starting from economic sectors. Takhmina Turdaliyeva from Uzbekistan was included in the book about the work of 100 female architects of the world by the Royal Institute of British Architects. If we pay attention to the words of Oleg Pekos, the first deputy of the Minister of Information Technologies and Communications Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for digital economy and e-government, "At the moment, 28 thousand people work in the field of information technologies, of which more than 9 thousand are women. I think this is a very good indicator, but it is not enough," he said. As a result of the development of modern professions and the increasing demand for specialists for them, representatives of the IT sector are increasing. For the development of this industry, it is important to attract not only young men, but also active girls. Girls working in the IT field today. This is just one of the victories won by our women. The gene pool of Uzbek women has such a long and great past that, as a result, such talented women are growing up. The IT sector remains one of the most significant gender imbalances. Despite the fact that the first software developer in history was a woman, the majority of workers in the field today are men. But since the key ingredients for success in the digital world are a person's knowledge and talent, regardless of gender, many large IT companies are trying to minimize this gap, including by training a new generation of professionals among girls. One third of the employees of the IT giant "Yandex" are women. This is a high indicator even for Western bigtechs. One of the principles of the company's culture is: "We treat each other with respect, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, religion and beliefs." We are completely free of any gender discrimination. In the company, incentives and career advancement are given based on talent and work - these factors are the basis of Yandex. At the same time, the company always helps women adapt and get into the rhythm of the industry, which operates in a hybrid mode where part of the work week can be worked from home. If a woman has recently returned from maternity leave, we can offer her the opportunity to work remotely temporarily. "Yandex" always communicates with its employees. At the same time, the company is trying to create a working environment where women can work and combine work and motherhood. "When it comes to supporting women, we will spend our greatest efforts on educating the next generation. We actively continue the "Yandex. Education" project aimed at hiring employees not only for the company, but also for the entire market. Within the framework of this project, we organize various events, for example, "Meeting of IT girls". All this serves to popularize the profession among schoolgirls and students. Programming is said to be more for men, so many girls don't consider a career in programming. We help them get rid of established stereotypes by giving them career guidance. We are working to ensure that as many girls as possible enter the IT field.” The Uzbekistan Tecnas team of the "Technovation Girls" program, which took place in the fall of 2023 in the World Summit Silicon Valley, reached the finals for the first time and entered the top 12 among more than 2,500 teams from around the world. School students won the Social Impact Award for the best idea to solve a social problem. Their test project is devoted to a virtual laboratory. According to them, the Technovation Girls helped to unite and create such a necessary product. Such results indicate that girls are also aware of the IT field. In this direction as well, they showed their talents and achieved great goals. There is no doubt that our girls can develop intelligence and perception in many areas. CONCLUSION. In conclusion, for the development of our country, it is important for women to have their own place. The brighter their life path and the more opportunities they have, the happier the family and the more prosperous the society. The attention given to women today will pay off in the future. She is the mother of the nation who brings up the best and perfect children. A woman meets the requirements of the vacancy only if she believes in herself and her abilities 100%.
