FAIR Signposting Agrobiodiversity Platforms

Recent extensions include REST API integration with Virtual Research Environments (VREs) for broader accessibility, and early-stage work on linking workflow results to European policy frameworks and sustainability targets. FAIR Workflow Pipeline ●FAIR Workflow Publication: Enables researchers to publish workflows as FAIR Digital Objects, packaged in standardized Workflow Run RO-Crates including detailed provenance information. ●Re-execution with Custom Parameters: Enables others to rerun workflows using new inputs. ●Accessible via VREs: Supports non-technical users through graphical interfaces. ●Machine-Actionable Discovery: Uses Signposting to enable automated discovery of workflows and outputs. Linking relevant policy frameworks ●Translate agrobiodiversity policy objectives into machine-interpretable formats leveraging the ELI (European Legal Identifier) Ontology ●Enable real-time alignment of data with targets and the automatic generation of policy-relevant indicators building a Legal Knowledge Graph on the web ●Support key EU strategies and global frameworks, including the EU Biodiversity Strategy for 2030, and the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework
