शारीरिक शिक्षा और गैर-शारीरिक शिक्षा के विद्यार्थियों की मनो- सामाजिक विशेषता में सामाजिक दक्षता का तुलनात्मक अध्ययन
Abstract
सामाजिक क्षमता मनोवैज्ञानिक स्वास्थ्य के लिए एक सुरक्षात्मक कारक है। यह हमें मजबूत सामाजिक नेटवर्क बनाने और दूसरों के साथ अच्छा सहयोग करने में सहायता प्रदान करता है। जिसमें विद्यार्थियों के सामाजिक व्यवहार की समस्याओं के समाधान में सहायता मिलती है। प्रस्तुत शोध का मुख्य उद्देश्यः शारीरिक शिक्षा और गैर-शारीरिक शिक्षा के विद्यार्थियों की मनो-सामाजिक विशेषता में सामाजिक दक्षता का तुलनात्मक अध्ययन करना था। शून्य परिकल्पना के परीक्षण के लिए बीकानेर संभाग के चारों जिलों के 13 संस्थानों के 400 विद्यार्थियों को शामिल किया गया। साामाजिक दक्षता के मापन हेतु लतिका शर्मा एवं पुनिता रानी के उपकरण का प्रयोग किया गया। शोध के निष्कर्ष में पाया कि गैर-शारीरिक शिक्षा और शारीरिक शिक्षा छात्रों की मनो-सामाजिक विशेषता में सामाजिक दक्षता के आयाम-व्यक्तिगत पर्याप्तता, पारस्परिक पर्याप्तता, सम्प्रेषण कौशल और सम्पूर्ण योग के मध्यमानों में सार्थक अन्तर नहीं पाया गया। निष्कर्ष में कह सकते हैं कि दोनों समूहों (गैर-शारीरिक शिक्षा और शारीरिक शिक्षा छात्रों) की सामाजिक दक्षता में समानता दिखाई देती है। वहीं गैर-शारीरिक शिक्षा और शारीरिक शिक्षा की छात्राओं की मनो-सामाजिक विशेषता में सामाजिक दक्षता के आयाम-व्यक्तिगत पर्याप्तता, पारस्परिक पर्याप्तता, सम्प्रेषण कौशल और सम्पूर्ण योग के मध्यमानों में सार्थक अन्तर पाया गया।
