भारतीय शिक्षा में कौशल विकास की भूमिका और महत्व
Abstract
वर्तमान वैश्विक और राष्ट्रीय परिप्रेक्ष्य में कौशल (skills) केवल एक पूरक तत्व नहीं रहे; वे शिक्षा-प्रणाली का केन्द्र बनते जा रहे हैं। यह शोधपत्र भारत में कौशल विकास (skill development) के ऐतिहासिक, नीतिगत और व्यावहारिक पहलुओं का विश्लेषण करता है — विशेषकर राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति (NEP) 2020, प्राइवेट और सार्वजनिक कौशल योजनाएँ (जैसे PMKVY, NAPS), तथा श्रम-बाजार और तकनीकी परिवर्तन के कारण पैदा हुए अवसर और चुनौतियाँ। साथ ही यह पत्र विद्यालयों, उच्चशिक्षा संस्थानों तथा नीति-निर्माताओं के लिए सुझाव भी प्रस्तुत करता है। प्रमुख निष्कर्ष यह हैं कि कौशल शिक्षा को पाठ्यक्रम में समेकित करने, औद्योगिक साझेदारी बढ़ाने, और मानकीकृत मूल्यांकन तथा नौकरी-संकेत (placement) तंत्र सशक्त करने पर बल देना आवश्यक है। वर्तमान वैश्विक और राष्ट्रीय परिप्रेक्ष्य में कौशल विकास (Skill Development) को शिक्षा की अनुकूल और व्यावहारिक दिशा के रूप में देखा जा रहा है। भारत में सरकारी नीतियाँ और योजनाएँ — जैसे NEP 2020, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) और Skill India डिजिटल पहलों — शिक्षा तथा स्किलिंग को जोड़कर युवाओं की रोजगार-क्षमता बढ़ाने का प्रयास कर रही हैं। यह पेपर साहित्य-आधारित विश्लेषण के माध्यम से भारतीय शिक्षा में कौशल विकास की भूमिका, मौजूदा पहलें, चुनौतियाँ तथा नीति-स्तर पर सुझाए जाने योग्य सुधारों का विवेचन प्रस्तुत करता है।
