The study considers practiceoriented education, interactive methods, digital platforms and laboratory simulators, as well as innovative approaches in cooperation with industry. The results of the article show the possibilities of qualified and competitive training of specialists through the use of modern pedagogical technologies. Keywords: Engineering vocational education, modern methods, interactive methods, digital platforms, practice-oriented education, laboratory simulators, cooperation with industry. Introduction:Training future specialists in the field of engineering vocational education is one of the main factors of development and technological innovation of the national economy. Currently, production and industrial sectors are developing rapidly, which requires the introduction of modern approaches in the process of training specialists. Future specialists should not only have theoretical knowledge, but also effectively master practical skills, quickly master new technologies and develop innovative solutions.Interactive methods, laboratory simulators, virtual platforms and practice-oriented approaches play an important role in the modern educational process. Also, bringing the educational process closer to production conditions through cooperation with industry is one of the effective ways to prepare specialists for a real work environment. The purpose of STUDIES IN ECONOMICS AND EDUCATION IN THE MODERN WORLD Vol. 4 No. 2 (2025) 8 the article is to identify modern methods for training future specialists in engineering vocational educational institutions and to study their effectiveness. Literature review: The issue of training future specialists in engineering vocational education institutions has been widely studied not only nationally but also internationally in recent years. The main focus of the research is on providing future specialists with practical skills along with theoretical knowledge. According to the analysis of international literature, in the experience of Germany and Finland, the dual education system and cooperation with industry are of great importance in the pedagogical process. Students have the opportunity to apply their knowledge in practice in the production process, which increases their professional qualifications. Also, in the experiences of Japan and South Korea, mentoring and continuous professional development processes ensure the mastery of innovative methods by teachers. Uzbek scientists, including N. Saidova, O. Musurmonova and others, emphasize the need to introduce innovative pedagogical technologies, use laboratory simulators and interactive platforms in the training of engineering vocational education teachers. This way, future specialists will combine practical and theoretical knowledge and adapt to modern production conditions. At the same time, national and international studies show that digital technologies, interactive teaching methods, and cooperation with industry in engineering vocational education are important in increasing the effectiveness of the pedagogical process. Research methodology: The main objective of this study is to determine the effectiveness of modern pedagogical methods and innovative solutions in the process of training future specialists in engineering vocational educational institutions. The study is based on the following methodological approaches: Systematic analysis - an in-depth study of the structure of the vocational education process, teaching methods and their compatibility with practice. Comparative analysis - a comparison of the experience of engineering vocational education in advanced countries such as Germany, Finland, Japan and South Korea with the conditions of Uzbekistan. Practical observation and experiment - an assessment of STUDIES IN ECONOMICS AND EDUCATION IN THE MODERN WORLD Vol. 4 No. 2 (2025) 9 the results of using interactive methods, laboratory simulators and digital platforms. Synthesis - an analysis of international experience to develop ways to adapt them to the national education system. Analytical method - measuring the effectiveness of the use of modern pedagogical technologies and determining their significance in the training of future specialists. During the research, special attention was paid to the combination of practical and theoretical knowledge. Through this methodology, recommendations were developed for the effective organization of the educational process for future specialists using interactive laboratories, simulators, virtual platforms, and collaboration with industry. Conclusion: The use of modern pedagogical methods and innovative approaches in the process of training future specialists in engineering vocational educational institutions serves to improve their professional qualifications, develop practical skills, and effectively organize the educational process. The results of the study show that through interactive methods, laboratory simulators, virtual platforms, and practice-oriented education, students can be prepared for real working conditions. International experience (Germany, Finland, Japan) and national practices show that the implementation of modern methods helps future specialists not only acquire theoretical knowledge, but also develop practical skills, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills. In this way, it is possible to improve the quality of the pedagogical process and train competitive, qualified personnel. As a result, the introduction of innovative and modern pedagogical solutions in engineering vocational educational institutions not only increases the efficiency of the educational process, but also makes a significant contribution to the scientific and technical development of the country.
