Deliverable n. D7.1. Website Responsible: Amel Hamza-MEDDAD (UBMA) 1. Website development The ProSmallAgriMed project website was launched in 2022. It serves as a central communica?on tool for sharing results and enhancing the project’s visibility. It is regularly updated to reflect the progress of the work, organized events, and produced resources. The website is accessible at the following address: hHps://www.primaprosmallagrimed.ovh It includes the following sec?ons: • Project overview: Objec?ves, work areas, expected impacts • Partners: Informa?on on par?cipa?ng ins?tu?ons • News: Posts about workshops, trainings, seminars, etc. • Downloadable resources: Brochures, presenta?ons, images, videos, reports • Links to social media: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, LinkedIn • Link to the Mooc site: Online course on cactus pear cul?va?on • Contact sec?on: Public exchange forum 2. Dissemina?on ac?vi?es related to the website The ProSmallAgriMed project website played a key role in dissemina?on, closely coordinated with social media plaPorms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, LinkedIn). It served as the central plaPorm for sharing events, content, and enhancing project visibility. Main ac?vi?es linked to the website include: • Na?onal workshop at Badji Mokhtar University – Annaba (Algeria), organized in collabora?on with CAW 41 (Chamber of Agriculture of Souk Ahras) and the Na?onal Agency for the Valoriza?on of Research and Technological Development Results (ANVREDET). • Technical demonstra?on of the prickly pear seed oil extrac?on unit (NOPALTEC), led by Ms. Nadira Oulebsir. • Technical training session, also led by Ms. Nadira Oulebsir, a farmer and expert in cactus pear cul?va?on. The training, aimed at young farmers and rural women, focused on good agricultural prac?ces. • Awareness and training days in Souk Ahras (October 26–27, 2022) on the theme: “Innova've agroecological techniques and management prac'ces”, targe?ng: o Farmers (especially youth and rural women) o Technicians o Representa?ves of local and na?onal ins?tu?ons 3. Stakeholder engagement The project’s communica?on efforts aHracted interest from several figures in the agricultural sector, notably: • Mr. Yazid HAMBLI, President of the Na?onal Chamber of Agriculture of Algeria • Mr. Mohamed MOHAMEDI, Ac?ng President of the Chamber of Agriculture of Souk Ahras These stakeholders expressed strong interest in the innova?ons developed, especially microbial inoculants, and showed willingness to test them on other strategic crops such as olive, pistachio, and saffron. 4. Achieved results • Increased visibility of the project at local and na?onal levels • Greater stakeholder engagement in Algeria • Ac?ve presence on social media plaPorms • Centralized tool for communica?on and resources
