It is need to fix a Word-bug in the TOC. The multidisciplinary nature of the PRISMAP consortium and PRISMAP community is a challenge to engage with a common language. Through its Training Office, and together with its Dissemination Team, PRISMAP engages towards senior and established researchers to provide educational content that promotes enhanced mutual understanding between the different fields. In this report, we present all the activities that have been carried in the last 3 years within PRISMAP. From these, we have drawn conclusions on how to adjust our approach to reach to a broader audience and further promote the mutual understandings of the different parts of the PRISMAP community. Deliverable D6.2 2 1. Introduction The interdisciplinary nature of the work carried in PRISMAP is accompanied with its own challenges: speaking a common language is an important one. From the onset of the project, we literally established a common language through one of our first deliverables: D4.1 on Standards for clinical translation, which includes a dedicated section on Harmonisation of terms and nomenclature used in specification of PRISMAP radionuclides. While this effort provided clarity and mutual understanding within the consortium, it also highlights the need to reach out to different communities PRISMAP serves and create a mutual understanding. It had thus been proposed to hold a series of workshops or embed dedicated contributions with that aim at national and international scientific events, as well as within the PRISMAP events, to foster a broad and diverse reach across the PRISMAP Community. In this deliverable, we report on the different forms that this has taken so far and draw conclusions on how to approach it for the rest of the project. 2. PRISMAP events PRISMAP has directly organised a wide series of public events in the last few years. Some were general information sessions, some were targeted workshops, while some were embedded within our Consortium Meetings. All of them were offered either fully online or in a hybrid format to ensure a broad accessibility for the PRISMAP Community, and were announced broadly via the User Forum distribution, with dedicated pages on the PRISMAP website, and on our social media channels (LinkedIn, X). Most events were recorded and made available on the PRISMAP website to ensure that the content remains accessible for those who could not follow the event live. For these events, the audience is very broad and represents the full extent of our consortium and community. As such, some of the information might already be known by members of the audience, yet by mixing together different fields of research, we believe that we are able to contribute to our ambition in teaching senior and established researchers about fields complementary to their own. We present in the tables below the different events. More information about all PRISMAP public events can be found on the dedicated section of the project website. International events PRISMAP is regularly featured at international conferences and other events thanks to the prominence of its consortium members. While it is of great interest to have these regular dissemination activities, PRISMAP also targets key events from different communities to maximise its impact and ensure that we bring complementary knowledge to the audience. Some of those events were attended upon invitation from the organisers, while others were specifically targeted by the PRISMAP dissemination team. Altogether, they represent the breadth of fields of research covered by the PRISMAP consortium and community. We present in Table 3 below the different events. The number of attendees varied from a few hundred to above 1000, depending on each event. National events … Following some of the early events presented above, and given past experience, it was quickly identified that our proposed contributions, while well received, begun to appear redundant and always addressing the same actors who attend the large international events. However, the PRISMAP dissemination team also felt that it was important to reach out to a broader audience, in particular towards clinical practitioners, who may not attend all the events previously listed. In order to reach such audiences, contributions were directed towards regional and national events, where the threshold to reach the audience is often reduced and where new researchers may be reached. Members of the consortium were asked to actively seek out opportunities and were in return supported by the PRISMAP WP7 team to ensure the consistency of the material and message. We present in Table 4 below the different events attended. Typical attendance at those events is a few hundred participants.
