Protecting human health is one of the main tasks of our state, and in solving this issue, it is important to economically support the healthcare system, supply modern medical equipment, and provide the system with qualified personnel who are rich in theoretical and practical skills and can draw conclusions based on the results of clinical and laboratory-instrumental examinations and analyses. 0 In the Republic of Uzbekistan, as in all areas, reforms are being carried out in the healthcare system. According to the laws "On Education" and "National Personnel Training Program", all higher educational institutions in our Republic are tasked with training highly qualified personnel at the level required by developed democratic states. This requires our professors and teachers to constantly improve their skills in accordance with world standards, and in a rational way, to use and create completely new advanced pedagogical technologies, new electronic tools. The development of medical science and health care practice from year to year is characterized by the introduction of innovative research methods and new pedagogical technologies, diagnostic methods, and modern computers into all departments of medicine. Medicine is a system of practical knowledge and scientific knowledge about preserving and strengthening people's health, treating patients and preventing diseases, and ensuring longevity in conditions of health and functioning of human society. In the process of development of human society, along with the growth of scientific and technological progress, a person's attitude to himself, his health, and the environment has also changed, which is naturally reflected in the approaches of mankind to understanding the causes of diseases, the principles of their treatment, and prevention. The formation of medicine and, subsequently, health care was influenced not only by the development of anatomy, physiology, microbiology, philosophy, chemistry, physics, economics, mathematics, and other sciences, but also by the development of world religions, as well as by government policies that changed during the historical development of various states. Our era is characterized by rapid development in all areas of human activity, including medicine and health care. In this regard, the importance of mastering the final results of science achieved to date, the role of independent scientific thinking of each specialist, including the doctor, is growing. Only a doctor with historical knowledge and unambiguous thinking will be ready for serious changes in the healthcare system in the future. Currently, in order to quickly and qualitatively treat patients in a short time, and at the same time prevent the development of the disease, great attention is paid to the use of nondrug treatment methods in the treatment complex, rather than relying only on the use of drugs. For example, the advantages and noteworthy aspects of physiotherapeutic methods: 1. Physical methods are convenient for everyone as a means of treatment, and can be used even at home 2. In terms of effectiveness, they are higher than other means of treatment 3. Unlike drugs and other means of treatment, physiotherapeutic methods are used not only as a means of treatment, but also for the prevention of various diseases, health, and strengthening of the body. 4. Physical factors actively affect all systems of the body. Therefore, although there are several types of physiotherapeutic devices, with a good knowledge of their use, various diseases can be effectively treated. Physiotherapy is a method of treatment using various physical factors, which activates the body's natural resources without pharmacological agents. Today, physiotherapy is one of the most important areas of medicine. These procedures affect the body in various ways and are important in the prevention, rehabilitation and recovery processes of diseases.
