Modern education system not only as subjects of human information interaction, but open to innovation, independent-minded and can adapt to different situations as the person who aims at nurturing. Adaptive intelligence plays an important role in this process. Adaptive intelligence – human activity in a new and unusual conditions, and to adapt knowledge and skills in a social environment is the ability to establish effective relationships, plays an important role in every person's life. “Adaptive intelligence”, american psychologist introduced into scientific circulation for the first time the concept of R. Strenberg, adaptation of man to his environment, means the ability to reduce climate change or its effects. Adaptive intelligence is, first and foremost, the person is required for the effective organization of activities in the changing environment of the ability of the summary. Adaptive intelligence consists of the following components: 1.Cognitive abilities, learn new information, and use them, the ability of analysis and synthesis. 2.Emotional intellekt_ - to feel their feelings and understand the feelings of others and react accordingly to them. 3.The social component – the ability to adapt in communicating with others. 4.Creative (creative)– identify problems, find solutions, and implementation skills. Gradual adaptive occurs in human intelligence. Psychologists and teachers, the following stage of this process will be to: 1) The stage of childhood - Basic thought processes (comparison, synthesis) is a form of. - The child in the environment of interest and new to mean those instances will appear. - Game develops through adaptive abilities and experience in the process of education. 2) The stage of adolescence - Emotional compatibility plays an important role. - Props in the social environment of the person tries to find himself. - Independent decision-making, critical thinking, and team skills in the form of adaptation. 3) the period of youth - Understand problems and solving them in human life develops strategies through experience. - Will intensify the process of adaptation in the field of education and occupation. - At this stage it will become the main part of adaptive intelligence, emotional stability and a sense of responsibility.

The strategic goal of modern education of the individual as adaptive intelligence, intellectual, emotional and social development will cover. It is active in the education system for the development of teaching methods, individual approach and supportive psychological and pedagogical environment plays an important role.
