राष्ट्रीय शैक्षणिक धोरण २०२०: व महाविद्यालयीन ग्रंथपालाची भूमिका
Abstract
सारांश (Abstract) राष्ट्रीय शैक्षणिक धोरण २०२० (NEP 2020) हे भारताच्या शिक्षण क्षेत्रासाठी परिवर्तनशील ठरलेले एक ऐतिहासिक धोरण आहे. या धोरणामुळे उच्च शिक्षणामध्ये बहुविषयकता, कौशल्याभिमुखता, डिजिटल शिक्षण, संशोधनाची गुणवत्ता आणि विद्यार्थ्यांचा सर्वांगीण विकास यावर भर देण्यात आला आहे. या प्रक्रियेत महाविद्यालयीन ग्रंथपालांची भूमिका केवळ माहिती संसाधन पुरवणारी न राहता ज्ञानसहभाग, माहिती साक्षरता, संशोधन सहाय्य, तांत्रिक व्यवस्थापन आणि वाचन संस्कृती संवर्धन करणारी बनली आहे. प्रस्तुत निबंधात NEP 2020 च्या तरतुदींचा, त्यातील ग्रंथालय व माहिती केंद्राशी संबंधित बाबींचा, ग्रंथपालांच्या बदलत्या भूमिकेचा, आव्हानांचा व संधींचा सविस्तर अभ्यास करण्यात आला आहे.
