So that it could be pointed out and positively erect their defence capability to maintain one region or multiregion trade transition constantly. Thereby the military defence budget and investment would be enhanced like USA whose military budge attain more than 10% GDP(gross domestic product) amount while China whose one no more than 5% to show the USA strong sea defence capability caused the foreign trade exportation and importation process smoothly. Through comparing with other country one will observe the profit and deficit we could make and regulate the relevant economic measure to raise the next several years GDP y-y and total amount. So the positive consumption and enjoining leisure time even go abroad to travel to stay some time will become patriotism currently and in future the consumption enthusiasm is going to wield huge influence to economy development. On the other side, the scientists might process high-technique product some parameters in procedure course which may form the new quality product contributing to the society in future absolutely. Because those new high-technique product has complicated courses and extracted from original materials in general, some AI(artificial intelligence) is going to need make programming process for the sake of completing the driven hardware into intelligent behavior and judgement within a certain zone like movement robot which needs to some visual sensors to observe object and if qualified they is able to move some materials from a place to another place continuously and if there are not qualified then it doesn’t finish the one and pick out them into unqualified zone. Certainly the movement plan will be reserved into robot chip for it to find the good one with machine learning, failure tree, deep learning, relearning in order to fit to the environment change somewhat. All those will be for the sake of the cost declining and increasing material life &promoting efficiency at all. Introduction In current society the high-technique products will be dominating in others to become a strong force to push the society to develop continuously and sustainably, so the scientist and scholars will become an important factor to play in every place to proceed the relevant research and study on the hot point frequently. So that publishing achievement papers may provide a strong force to support the future life-level like climate change and public sanitation for benefiting the world human in future. We should go on searching for innovation papers include in the latest high-technique product research like clean energy and new one to push many lots of skill to make different cutting-edge-field product continually. As we knew the current climate problem will be derived from the contaminating factory and automobile, so the new energy should occupy the first significant position for our scholar &scientist and experts to sustainably search and make measure to solve it from variation views which may help us to think about more factors to replace the problems mutually. We might align the measure from one view to different one to proceed simulate to judge the first and the second even third method to solve it for the sake of once happening the problem accident there will be another method to replace it in urgency. [1~6] So we put our eyes too long not only viewing the current status but also looking at the longer years like fairy tale cinema which provide future world several hundred years later. We may interest in those splendid scenery and consider the usefulness and make some experiments to trial the feasibility, like the flight automobile which pass by the high buildings and make a dormitory in the one. There will not earth surface auto and all the auto can become flight one which is a future plan by USA fairy cinema maker. There may be not contamination gas and all of atmosphere is electric power and hydrogen fuel even small nuclear reaction pile as an engine. So we must emphasize the current energy exploitation and found so as to predict to make a plan to prepare the future infrastructure and write more paper with innovation method to arouse the future contribution. With the GDP enhancement we should not avoid to enter the ideal world with many robots in AI(artificial intelligence) software and automobiles with intelligent driving time many decades years later, so we prepare to afford the controlling skill to fix robots logical life and automobile matters with those high energy fuel. As to the former the controlling will be proceeding from now on and its equipment needs to enter our live life many years later and the latter will experience safe driving course with no accident. Those problems will must think about by us in advance or the error ones and accident may occur by then. [7~9] 2. Discussions The authors as an expert and scientist can publish their papers in high-level journal so that the not only experiment and induction course will be shown, but also the outstanding achievement may be exhibited as well where we find some compliance with our path. The innovation will be looked for some inspire for us to deal which can be amplified by us in order to get idea to write new contributed to the journal and society. Thereby, we may find the enough source to take use of it and finally erect a certain big results which also be called as a scientist task to explore in the innovation world for the sake of boosting the entire society forwards continually. Many technique and new product just derived from the idea in laboratory and R &D(research &development) in a maker where they would wield enough their mind to simulate and explore the future valuable goods such as AI(artificial intelligence) good from the human brain neural net work, robot from the human four arms adding legs etc ,many new goods could be found with the those places. Not only software like C++ language, Java but also hardware like semiconduction, Si, Ga &Ge etc could be explored with various composition extracted from material and its application into chip circuit. The original work searched by college and then transformed into R &D maker so as to define the sample one to check the cost price and performance stabilization at last determining the launch. Meantime, the top four were 53, 52, 52 which are Zhejiang university, Peking university, University of Science &Technology of China accordingly with the former item besides Tsinghua university to show their strong academy capability. Therein, the universities beyond 30 were 7 ones which would be Fudan university, SH Jiaotong university, Beijing Institute of Technology correspondingly besides above ones to express their strong scientist retaining academy strength.
