Pulatova Professor, Tashkent International University https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17655047 Abstract. This article provides information on the methods and approaches to preparing young people for social life. Not only school teachers, but all of us are equally responsible for the growth of children as good people. After all, every young person is not just a person, but the future of the Motherland. Raising them with such a noble upbringing is our highest duty. Keywords: social life, primary education, information technologies, qualified personnel, Coursera, Moodle, Edmodo, Google Classroom, pedagogical development Introduction In recent years, great attention has been paid to the education of young people in our country. In particular, a number of measures are being taken to comprehensively improve primary education in regional schools. "Primary education is the most powerful weapon to change the world," said Nelson Mandela. In recent years, on the initiative of our President, schools in remote areas of each district have been provided with the necessary equipment: sports and musical instruments, stadiums, swimming pools, and additional courses for students to spend their free time meaningfully. However, if we pay attention to the latest statistics, some problems have arisen as a result of the sharp increase in the number of students in the regions. The educational process is not just a dialogue between a teacher and a student or a teacher teaching students a subject, but also raising the future generation in a quality educational environment in the spirit of love for the Motherland. They should be given knowledge, both physically and mentally, and during the lesson, the teacher should also develop the students spiritually. Class hours in schools are 45 minutes. Compared to the latest indicators, it was observed that the number of students has increased. It is natural to ask; Are teachers able to provide a quality education system to students who sit in the classroom more than the norm, do they have enough time to determine their interests, direct them to the right activities, and check their homework? The number of students in a class exceeding 25 seriously affects the quality of education, according to experts. But at the same time, it is no secret that in some schools even up to 40-50 students are studying, according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 15, 2017 "On approval of the Regulation on general secondary education", the head of the department for the number of students in classes, Saidahror Seytamalov. It is envisaged that children will be divided into groups to study a foreign language in grades 1-9, specialized subjects in specialized state general education institutions where some subjects are studied in depth, informatics and information technologies in grades 5-9, and the Uzbek language and Russian as the language of instruction in grades 2-9. However, the situation is not as planned. Explaining complex subjects and focusing the attention of 40-45 students at the same time is difficult for teachers. In fact, the density of the population, the increasing population from year to year, the fact that remote areas are limited to only one school, or the lack of qualified personnel to separate students into separate groups are the SCIENCE AND INNOVATION INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC JOURNAL VOLUME 4 ISSUE 11 NOVEMBER 2025 ISSN: 2181-3337 | SCIENTISTS.UZ 64 real roots of this problem. If the time allocated for lessons by experts in the field is 45 minutes, it is recommended to divide it as follows: 1. Organizational Part (3 minutes) 2. Review of the topic (15 minutes) 3. Explanation of the New Topic (15 minutes) 4. Reinforcement of the new topic (10 minutes) 5. Assessment of students (7 minutes) 6. Assignment to home (3 minutes) Teacher Lobar Tokhliyeva says that in practice, with 35-40 students in each class, it is difficult to cover all students in 1 academic hour (45 minutes). "Based on my experience, I can say that when there are 20-25 children in the classroom, the lesson is much more effective." You can engage individually, explain the topic in detail and devote time to reinforcing it. It depends on the teacher's competence and qualifications. But if there are few students, if time is limited, the quality of the lesson decreases regardless of the teacher. Young teachers who do not yet have sufficient experience have a particularly difficult time in this regard, students' interest in education may decrease at a very early age and they may not receive the necessary knowledge for their future. This creates very serious problems later. The lack of highly educated personnel in the country leads to an increase in unemployment and a crisis in the economy, as well as a decline in the country's reputation in the world community. Because each student approaches each subject with his own interest and vision. In a classroom, of course, among 40-45 students, the competition is twofold higher, it can be said that they teach each other what they do not know. But not all students who come to school are the same. Someone understands mathematics well and likes to work with numbers, while someone else wants to recite poetry, analyze the works of our literary ancestors. Taking into account the interests of the student, one cannot ignore a student who wants to become an athlete or musician. Because every person in society is the future and future of this homeland. Creating decent and necessary conditions for them and solving such problems is the highest duty of every leader. Especially in urban schools, the number of students in classrooms is often observed. But this does not mean that this is an insoluble problem. It is not so difficult to find qualified personnel in urban centers, as is known. If the number of students in a classroom exceeds the norm, it is advisable to divide them into small groups, and to train students with similar interests in one place, which both saves time and regulates the system of providing quality education. In the presence of constant communication with parents, giving students tasks and identifying mistakes and shortcomings, and encouraging them when the time comes, also has a positive effect on student learning. In addition, if sufficient time is allocated to each student, it will be easier for the teacher to help them improve their social skills, help them determine their direction, and also involve them in events and charity work. But now we live in the era of information technology. There are many tools that lead young people away from knowledge and the right path. Parents are equally responsible for their future social life. The information age also has its own advantages for young people and parents, of course. It is enough to keep them under constant supervision. Today, especially for young people, there are already modern methods of educating and imparting knowledge. For example, connecting graduate students with online platforms related to their field: Coursera, Moodle, Edmodo, Google Classroom. Through these platforms, young people are not only busy with science, but also learn how to use technology correctly. Today, social networks are full of necessary and unnecessary things, but we, responsible persons, must SCIENCE AND INNOVATION INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC JOURNAL VOLUME 4 ISSUE 11 NOVEMBER 2025 ISSN: 2181-3337 | SCIENTISTS.UZ 65 direct young people to this correct information. In addition, free time from classes is given a great place in environmental education. It is necessary to constantly focus their attention on the work of adults around them. An experienced teacher tells students that delicious meals are prepared by the cook, that the group room is neat and bright because the nanny washed the windows, notices the girl who came with a dress, and explains to the children that her mother sewed the dress. "It is very important that, at the same time as the child forms his initial understanding of the content of this or that type of work, he develops a positive attitude towards those around him, a desire to help them. "With this goal in mind, "he offers students to help the janitor, the educator, in sweeping the site." The teacher conducts individual conversations with the children, looks at the pictures with them, asks them to tell what the person depicted is doing, to each person who works. Consistency of purpose is not always a guarantee of success. For example, we cannot call groups of delinquent teenagers a team. Having a common goal is not enough to be a team, so systematic communication is necessary. The definition of a team in the textbook is as follows. "A team is a group of people united in a single activity based on a socially valuable goal, mutual relations, interdependence, mutual responsibility, equality of duties and rights of its members. The team elects its own governing bodies and maintains close contact with other teams. "A variety of activities can be sources of team activity. These include work, play, study, sports, aesthetic activities, play, study, and household chores. The requirements for them are that the team's activities should be socially beneficial and correspond to the capabilities of the team members. Only a team that is constantly growing, moving forward, and acquiring increasingly complex life experience can be a team that ensures the harmonious growth of a real person, the success of the team is primarily primary, and the smallest team in terms of numbers. Here, students are interconnected with each other in daily activities and are in consistent communication. It takes a certain amount of time to become a real team and certain stages must be passed. The main task of the first stage is to identify students who correctly understand and perceive the interests of the team. In the future, these "students will form the core of the team." So, at this stage, "it is also necessary to thoroughly study the students." The first stage can be completed with the establishment of general discipline in the team. From the above, it becomes clear that preparing and educating children and a team of children for social life is a pedagogical process that requires a long time. The team is also of great importance in the implementation of educational processes in special preschool institutions. Children are involved in community work. This is especially useful for primary school students. After class, students, together with their teachers, are encouraged to carry the burdens of older people on the streets and greet them. Just as every good deed begins with the youngest, if children develop this habit at an early age, when they grow up, they will certainly become young people who benefit the country and glorify the concept of humanity. In conclusion, today's youth are the decisive force of the nation's tomorrow. As our President emphasized, "Education is the main factor determining the future of the country." Today, special attention is paid to education. In particular, preschool and primary education is the foundation of the future life of young people. Love for science, knowledge, and creativity awakens precisely in grades 1-5. Supporting them, directing them to the right strategic path, is a huge task for not only teachers but also parents.
