सतत विकास के लिए जनजातीय शिक्षा में पारंपरिक शिक्षण विधियों का एकीकरण
Abstract
यह लेख भारत के जनजातीय (आदिवासी) समुदायों में विद्यमान पारंपरिक ज्ञान प्रणालियों तथा स्थानीय शिक्षण विधियों के औपचारिक शिक्षा प्रणाली में एकीकरण (integration) के माध्यम से सतत विकास लक्ष्यों (Sustainable Development Goals – SDGs) की प्राप्ति पर केंद्रित है। जनजातीय समाज में विद्यमान ज्ञान केवल जीविका का साधन नहीं, बल्कि प्रकृति, समाज और संस्कृति के बीच सामंजस्य का एक जीवंत उदाहरण है। भारत की विविध जनजातीय संस्कृतियों में प्रचलित पारंपरिक पारिस्थितिक ज्ञान (Traditional Ecological Knowledge – TEK) और स्वदेशी ज्ञान प्रणाली (Indigenous Knowledge System – IKS) न केवल पर्यावरणीय संसाधनों के संरक्षण का माध्यम हैं, बल्कि सामुदायिक एकता, लोक-लोकाचार और पीढ़ियों के बीच ज्ञान-संक्रमण की अद्भुत परंपरा को भी सुदृढ़ करते हैं। लेख में मौजूदा साहित्य, शोध-पत्रों तथा नीतिगत दस्तावेज़ों के आधार पर यह विवेचना की गई है कि किस प्रकार समुदाय-आधारित शिक्षण मॉडल, अनुभवात्मक शिक्षण पद्धतियाँ, और मातृभाषा में प्रारंभिक शिक्षा जनजातीय छात्रों की सीखने की क्षमता, आत्म-सम्मान तथा स्थानीय पहचान को सशक्त बना सकती हैं। पारंपरिक ज्ञान और औपचारिक शिक्षा का समन्वय केवल सांस्कृतिक संरक्षण का उपकरण नहीं है, बल्कि यह सामाजिक न्याय, समावेशन (inclusion) और सतत विकास (sustainability) की दिशा में एक ठोस कदम है। लेख में इस तथ्य पर भी प्रकाश डाला गया है कि जब शिक्षा स्थानीय संदर्भों और अनुभवों पर आधारित होती है—जैसे कृषि, वन-संरक्षण, जल-प्रबंधन, लोककला, औषधीय परंपराएँ, और सांस्कृतिक उत्सव—तो वह विद्यार्थियों के जीवन से प्रत्यक्ष रूप से जुड़ जाती है। इससे विद्यालय में उनकी उपस्थिति और सहभागिता बढ़ती है, साथ ही dropout दरों में कमी आती है। यह शिक्षा केवल औपचारिक ज्ञान नहीं देती, बल्कि समुदाय के भीतर आत्मनिर्भरता, सहजीविता, और प्राकृतिक संसाधनों के जिम्मेदार उपयोग के मूल्य भी स्थापित करती है। साथ ही, लेख में यह भी बताया गया है कि इस एकीकरण की प्रक्रिया चुनौतियों से मुक्त नहीं है। शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण की कमी, मातृभाषा में उपयुक्त शिक्षण सामग्री का अभाव, और नीतिगत असमानता इसके क्रियान्वयन में बाधा बनती हैं। इसलिए लेख में ऐसे नीतिगत और व्यवहारिक मॉडलों का प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत किया गया है जो जनजातीय समुदायों की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करें और उन्हें शिक्षा प्रक्रिया का सक्रिय अंग बनाएं। अंततः, यह अध्ययन इस निष्कर्ष पर पहुँचता है कि यदि पारंपरिक ज्ञान और शिक्षण विधियों को औपचारिक शिक्षा प्रणाली में समुचित रूप से समाहित किया जाए, तो न केवल जनजातीय क्षेत्रों में शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता और पहुँच में सुधार होगा, बल्कि सामाजिक-आर्थिक उन्नति, सांस्कृतिक पुनरुत्थान, और पर्यावरणीय संतुलन जैसे सतत विकास के प्रमुख उद्देश्यों को भी प्राप्त किया जा सकेगा। इस प्रकार, यह लेख स्थानीयता और वैश्विकता के बीच सेतु का कार्य करते हुए यह दर्शाता है कि सतत विकास की वास्तविक नींव स्थानीय समुदायों की परंपराओं और ज्ञान में ही निहित है।
