आत्मनिर्भर भारताची संकल्पना आणि स्वावलंबी अर्थव्यवस्था
Abstract
सारांश (Abstract) आत्मनिर्भर भारत (Self-Reliant India) ही संकल्पना 2020 मध्ये जाहीर झाली आणि तिने भारताच्या आर्थिक विकासाला नवे रूप देण्याचा पाया घातला. या उपक्रमाचा उद्देश म्हणजे आयातीवरील अति अवलंबित्व कमी करणे, देशांतर्गत उत्पादनाला चालना देणे, नवकल्पनांना प्रोत्साहन देणे आणि जागतिक स्पर्धात्मकता मजबूत करणे. आत्मनिर्भर भारताची दृष्टी पाच स्तंभांवर आधारलेली आहे – अर्थव्यवस्था, पायाभूत सुविधा, तंत्रज्ञानाधारित प्रणाली, गतिमान लोकसंख्या आणि मागणी. या पेपरमध्ये या उपक्रमाच्या संकल्पनात्मक चौकटीचे, धोरणात्मक उपाययोजनांचे आणि अपेक्षित परिणामांचे विश्लेषण केले आहे. पद्धतशास्त्र गुणात्मक असून द्वितीयक माहितीवर आधारित आहे – शासकीय अहवाल, आर्थिक सर्वेक्षण आणि धोरण दस्तऐवज. निष्कर्ष दर्शवतात की लघुउद्योग, उत्पादन, शेती आणि डिजिटल अर्थव्यवस्था यामध्ये भारताने लक्षणीय प्रगती केली आहे, पण साधनसंपत्तीचे संmobilization, कौशल्य विकास आणि जागतिक व्यापारातील अनिश्चितता हे मोठे आव्हान आहे. या अभ्यासाचा निष्कर्ष असा आहे की स्वावलंबन म्हणजे एकांत नव्हे तर जागतिक स्पर्धेत टिकण्यासाठी लवचिक आणि सक्षम अर्थव्यवस्था घडवणे होय.
