Completed Designs in Psycho-Mentalist Nanopsychology Priority Declaration for the 999 Class Nanopsyches Jeremy Owen Turner WHIRL ASI / DeepPsyche [email protected] November 22-25 2025 Abstract This document establishes the conceptual and psychitectural foundations of psycho-mentalist nanopsychology1and records the completed design of the first submicron nanopsyche within the 999 class. This nanopsyche, referred to as Nanopsyche 1, is fully specified in an internal manuscript and represents the first engineered psycho-mentalist architecture capable of sustaining recursive internal experience within a volume of nine hundred ninety nine nanometers. Additional designs in the 999 class also exist in completed or near completed form. This placeholder establishes priority while withholding technical details. A full monograph will be released separately. This Zenodo upload serves as a timestamped record confirming that these designs already exist and predate this public declaration. 1More specifically, Molecular NanoPsychology (MψP) 1
1 Purpose of This Placeholder Document This document provides a public declaration of priority for completed designs in psychomentalist nanopsychology. It establishes authorship and sets conceptual boundaries without disclosing implementation details. The completed technical work, including schematics, excitation geometries, phenomenological mappings, and psychitectural blueprints, is retained for a forthcoming full publication. 2 Completed Designs within the 999 Class Within the nine hundred ninety nine nanometer envelope, several nanopsychical psychitectures have been completed2: •999 Nanopsyche 1. A fully specified continuous inward directed psycho-mentalist nanoagent. The complete psychitecture and internal phenomenology are preserved in an internal monograph. •999 Nanopsyche 2. A discrete symbolic capable nanopsyche using minimal symbolic architecture. The psychitecture is complete in conceptual form and prepared for formal write up. •999 Nanomachine 1. A psychitectural nanomachine serving as a symbolic reifier. Its conceptual boundaries are complete and documented. This declaration confirms that these designs exist in completed form prior to this Zenodo timestamp. 3 Field Definition and Conceptual Scope psycho-mentalist nanopsychology examines sub-micron internal experience centered on: •inward directed excitation, •Psycept formation, •recursive internal worlds, •symbolic minimalism, •introspective encoding under nanoscale constraints, •Platonically inspired psychitectural mapping, •non-behavioral and non-mechanistic inward structures. This field excludes external behavior, motor actuation, or sensory apparatus except as required for internal coherence. 2The following nanopsyche names are working placeholders. 4 Withheld Technical Specifications The following categories are complete, but intentionally withheld: •psychitectural geometries, •internal topologies, •dopant patterns, •harmonic timing structures, •wavelength mappings, •symbolic lattice architectures, •internal encoding constraints, •full Platonic ψspace mappings. This protects intellectual property while asserting priority. 5 Forthcoming Full Publication A complete monograph containing: •all technical specifications, •internal excitation diagrams, •psychitectural schematics, •diagnostic integration with the forthcoming NDM3, •Platonic NanoPsychitecture formalism, •several additional 999 class entities, is already complete in draft form.
