Aim of this workshop •Exchange practical insights and experiences on implementing SSbD principles in the design and development of circular, sustainable and biobased coatings, while showcasing EU-projects' outputs •Facilitating dialogue across the SSbD innovation landscape •Gather interest in the set-up of a Cluster of projects and initiatives working on circular, sustainable and biobased coatings. What is it "technical clustering"? With whom? Technical Clustering and synergies with sister projects = liaising with existing projects working on coatings, to create regular formats for exchanging progress and bringing forth our consolidated knowledge, through the setting up of some activities jointly with other projects The final activity will be the organisation of a joint policy briefing to share results with policymakers. With whom: •Sister projects BIO4COAT and BLUECOAT •More projects working on the same topic such as IRISS, TORNADO, BIO-SUSHY, etc. •Perhaps with your project/initiative too?
What is the purpose of the cluster? The ultimate goal of this activity is to facilitate a technical exchange among expert researchers, ensuring that our voices are stronger together when bringing project results and policy recommendations in the form of policy briefings to policymakers
