Introduction Parapsychology explores phenomena beyond the boundaries of conventional scientific understanding, and delves into the mysteries of the human mind and its potential connection to extraordinary experiences. It ranges from telepathy and precognition to psychokinesis and near-death experiences, etc. Loftur R. Gissuarson and Asgeir Gunnarsson (1997) reported an experiment on the ability of special subjects to see the alleged human aura, and provided the groundwork for future research. Parapsychology spectrum is a theoretical framework that we use to describe psychic phenomena which could be divided into distinct spectral regions. They represent different types and intensities from the low to the high frequency spectra. We can observe a breadth from general intuitive abilities to extraordinary super-sceptivity, from telepathy to conscious expansion. We try to employ various techniques and methods to research the full electromagnetic spectrum in parapsychology, explore and validate their phenomena. This is an extreme challenge, because the phenomena in this field are often difficult to observe and measure stably. We will explore various spectrum regions through careful empirical research and Abstract Based on the previous studies and some phenomena, we propose a holistic theory on the full electromagnetic spectrum of parapsychology, which includes radio, infrared, visible, ultraviolet, X-ray corresponding to perspective, and γ (Gamma) ray. This may combine Kirlian photography, THz and thought field, etc. Furthermore, we research some possible theories and tests, forecast and discussion. We strive to deeply study the characteristics and possible mechanisms of various psychic phenomena. It may potentially change our perception of ourselves as well as the world. Simiply speaking, that is to seek the incredible forces hidden in the mind in order to pave the way for the future of human consciousness and parapsychology. 2. Some Phenomena A full electromagnetic spectrum (FES) includes radio, infrared, visible, ultraviolet, X-ray corresponding to perspective, and γ (Gamma) ray, etc. The short-waves are of higher energy, and consist of stronger particles. They have perspective, psychokinesis (PK), and may correspond to Qigong. The long waves more behave with wave property, and have resonance, entanglement, and correspond to telepathy. But, they are not necessarily the visible light. It is known that Electroencephalogram (EEG) is usually represented in five types of waves, namely δ (Delta), θ (Theta), α (Alpha), β (Beta) and γ (Gamma) according to their frequency, from low to high. They are Delta(0.2-4Hz), Theta(4-8Hz), Alpha(8-12Hz), Beta(12-40Hz) and Gamma(40-100Hz). This is a special area of neuroscience, and the correlation research provides favorable biological indicators for recognizing the brain and treating associated diseases. In 1939, S. Kirlian (1900-1980) found the Kirlian photography. It may capture the energy field emitted by the human body and even dead objects. During photography, an object is placed on a device that generates a field of high voltage (15,000-100,000 volts), low current, and high frequency. The photograph taken shows a halo around the target object. Modern biophotonics study claims that the human body can spontaneously emit electrons and photons, and produce a human glow but invisible to the naked eye. It is regarded as a manifestation of human energy. This spontaneous glow is difficult to measure. But, when the human body is embraced in an electromagnetic field, the emission of such electrophotons is excited and can be photographed. This is a base of the Kirlian photography. The molecules also begin to release photons basically with a spectrum from blue light to ultraviolet light. The result is that everyone is enclosed by a halo that belongs to oneself but is invisible. Human body glow is also known as “body flame”, “Aura”, or “bright light”. This is actually the human aura field. In 1995, Konstantin Korotkov invented the first digital Kirlian photography by means of Gas Discharge Visualization (GDV), i.e., human body glow and energy field. Korotkov found that the human mental and emotional state could have an impact on the energy field of the human body, and could even affect the energy field of the surrounding people. It is known that some people are sensitive to the energy fields of others, and this effect has been used in medicine. Perhaps, by a similar mechanism, human thought could probably be “transmitted remotely”. 3. Full Electromagnetic Spectrum of Parapsychology (FESP) In 1978, it was determined that one “external Qi” of Qigong is the infrared radiation modulated by low frequency fluctuation (Gu et al., 1978). Different Qigong masters have different radiation effects. This may be a receptive wave, but more likely an emission wave. This perhaps also includes the mineral exploration, etc. The 507 Institute in Beijing was observed a special electromagnetic wave with a frequency of 7.8Hz in the experiments to break through the spatial barrier. This is consistent with the Earth's ionospheric resonance frequency. A blind child, X. N. Jin not only accurately recognized dozens of poker points and colors on a Kraft paper envelope, but identified all cards, accurately pointing out single-sided graphics, and even double-sided multi-color graphics. Sometimes, he could even conduct PK successfully. Furthermore, on 6 August 2019, the research team witnessed X. N. Jin see the infrared light using his hidden “eyes” (Chang 2020a,2023). We have explored some aspects of specific function in parapsychology are similar to laser (Chang 1993), and entering high energy levels correspond to the threshold of entry into a functional state. Human perspective of parapsychology is the X-ray. Sun Chu-lin (孙储琳) could drill a small hole on a regular coin by PK, and could bring cooked peanuts or beans back to life (Chang 2023), which was manipulating a laser. Therefore, we should study the full electromagnetic spectrum of parapsychology (FESP) of the human body in order to get the full picture. This may include the brain waves (EEG). Terahertz wave (THz) is in the range of 1311 1010  Hz, which belongs to the far-infrared band (Lee 2009; Perenzoni et al., 2014). THz wave possesses the following characteristics: stability, easy to single out visual sense, coherence, improved reliability and accuracy, interacting with electromagnetic field, low energy, nondestructive, and strong penetration because THz wave can easily penetrate through plastic and paper products. Probably, it can be used to detect underground secrets, such as mine exploration. A characteristic of THz wave is the detection of the water vapor content. Regarding the psychic abilities, various ways of character recognition may not be relying on a single wave, but on a whole spectrum of waves. Thus, there are different functional states. THz wave affects biomolecules, water, and macromolecular dynamics. It can also be used to analyze human tissues and diagnose cancer (Lee 2009; Perenzoni et al., 2014). As an example, we must study the THz parapsychology, which includes THz-EPS and THz-PK, etc. THz wave has the particle nature and Stark effect, which is detectable. The full electromagnetic spectrum of parapsychology involves three aspects: source (agent), detection and instrument. By using high frequency, the spatial and temporal resolutions are high, which can be used to read characters. It can also be used for communication, and corresponds to telepathy. The source is a functional human being, and the mechanism is the excitement of cell-gene-biological macromolecules that emits THz wave. Parapsychology can change the received structure, which should be based on high frequency. Sometime, PK can initiate ignition, i.e., a kind of focusing. These may correspond to the nonlinear light wave. As a summary, high frequency wave carries high energy, but could easily get fatigue; low frequency wave with low energy is more stable. Possible Theories and Tests For various phenomena of parapsychology, we proposed four major approaches: 1) new interaction; 2) higher dimensional spacetime; 3) new many worlds (Chang 2012), and 4) sensing or detection of new information to show some special functions (Chang 2020a). These approaches are related to each other. Ordinary people hardly perceive high-dimensional space-time and the new world, but our society and the scientific community accept new interactions or detection of some new information more easily, such as the thought field (Chang 1988,2003,2004,2018). We found in the training potential of blind children and general children, they often share the same “virtual space”, and sometimes this kind of space can also be translated into real space. But it is generally difficult to distinguish between the two spaces by researchers. It is only confirmed through new interactions, such as the emergence of moving objects in the “virtual space”. We research some possible theories for ESP. The thought field produces possibly various waves, including THz wave and the full electromagnetic spectrum. Qigong may change the Raman spectrum, with the appearance of new wave peaks. It is probably a special emergent wave. Or it may be a secondorder effect of the interaction with the electromagnetic field. It is known that Radar, X-ray, THz wave, ultrasound, and magnetic resonance, etc., can be fluoroscopic. This is the basis of various non-eye visions, e.g. ear recognition may correspond to ultrasound imaging. It may be a kind of quantum “non-vision imaging”. THz wave imaging can be in the form of 2D imaging, reflective tomography, diffraction tomography, scanning imaging, return imaging, active and passive imaging, etc. These correspond to the various methods of character recognition by the psychics. It is well known that the seven different human chakras have seven different colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, purple, in increasing order of energy. Furthermore, we should research some tests, and study the corresponding detectors. 5. Forecast and Discussion Recently, we have founded the Institute of Quantum Parapsychology in China. The most important mission of this institute is to combine modern sciences, quantum mechanics in particular, to study parapsychology that is testable and repeatable. Our purpose is vividly reflected in the logo as shown, a Tai-Ji diagram of traditional Chinese culture underpinned by an international parapsychology symbol Psi, with a green color to represent life. This shows that we are both enrooted in the classical Chinese culture and appressed to the development of the modern world. The magical implication is that the Tai-Ji diagram as the complementary principle is also the emblem of Bohr who is one best-recognized leader of quantum mechanics, and Psi is also a wave function in quantum theory. We propose the model that is reproducible and testable, which is consistent with the purpose of quantum parapsychology. Of course, we are not rejecting or ignoring other complex parapsychological phenomena. Bees can see the polarized light, and some birds can sense the geomagnetic field. Certain specific functions of the psychics may have similar mechanisms. Robins may sense the geomagnetic field, where currently people believe their eyes possess light-activated free radicals. This corresponds to the photoreceptor nerve and the quantum theory. The full electromagnetic spectrum of parapsychology (FESP) is very mystical, and worth studying. Further development will study the parapsychology of the full decibel hearing of human body and so on. Specific hearing can be working on ultrasonic or infrasound waves. We should study the parapsychology comprehensively, related to functions of our eyes, ears, noses, tongues, bodies, mind and Arye in Buddhism, and quantum consciousness, etc. Based on the investigations of many years for various phenomena in parapsychology, we proposed three dimensional body-mindspirit worlds on human society (Chang 2020b,2021,2024). This was implied by much Chinese and world ancient phenomena, various religions, some magical causality, many strange phenomena in criminal cases of homicide, haunted houses around the world, and reincarnation, etc. Some men (women) by their special functions such as infrared light may see various supernatural phenomena, and in theses cases “ghosts” seem to be related to infrared bodies. But, it is sometimes puzzling that the frequency of successful searching and detection of some supernatural phenomena always seems to be fluctuating. Sometimes, it is relatively easier while sometimes extremely difficult. We believe that any observations and detections on mind and spirit worlds and on relations between both and matter will all be valuable. We researched that early Greek scholars devoted their minds to rumination, which is very similar to Chinese sit quietly, and both produce easy some phenomena of parapsychology, which may be propitious to improve disability problem in modern society (Chang 2017). India from ancient times to modern has rich phenomena of parapsychology (Kumar 2020).
