ABOUT ESTELLA ESTELLA stands for DESign of bio-based Thermoset polymer with rEcycLing capabiLity by dynAmic bonds for bio-composite manufacturing; it is a European collaborative project framed on the Horizon Europe call. It proposes the design of novel bio-based epoxy resins with inherent recyclability capabilities thanks to introducing a Covalent Adaptive Network (CAN). 13 partners from 9 European countries ((Spain, Slovenia, Poland, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Germany, and Norway) participate in this initiative (Table 1). This is a €5 million project with a duration of 42 months and was officially launched on 1st June 2022. Deliverable 7.2 is a guideline for the communication and dissemination strategy of ESTELLA. This strategy is based on the following four underlying principles: 1. Generate awareness about the tangible and intangible outputs of the ESTELLA project 2. Make ESTELLA outputs available to relevant audiences to ensure their further spread. 3. Boost the visibility of ESTELLA and its results, and make sure they can be understood even by non-specialists, and thus multiplied. 4. Broaden the impact of the outputs beyond the original project focus. In this way, the consortium aims to avoid duplication of efforts and contribute to knowledge building and advancement of innovation in Europe. Table 1. INTRODUCTION AND OBJECTIVES The objective of this ESTELLA dissemination and communication plan is to structure the dissemination and communication activities on project results tailored to the specific objectives and targeted at the relevant stakeholders, including industry, policymakers, scientific community, and society. The communication and dissemination strategy will be crucial to accelerate the market introduction of the final products. The dissemination activities of ESTELLA are specifically tailored to reach its objective, which is the presentation of the project results to a scientific, political, and public audience. The ESTELLA project enables other researchers to learn; industries and companies in the commercial sector to see the business opportunities; students to become excited by the science and technology, and policymakers to set priorities and for the public to learn about their investment. The ESTELLA consortium has outlined the main aspects of a dissemination plan that they wish to implement. Dissemination shall be aimed at a range of different groups, with the channels and types of dissemination material specific to each group. The communication and dissemination strategy will be crucial to accelerate the market introduction and commercial upscale of the aimed products resulting from the ESTELLA project. It provides a clear strategy to define the key messages, address the audience, interested parties and stakeholders, select the tools, and plans the dissemination program.
