Executive Summary The deliverable 7.6 describes the Final Intellectual Properties Management Plan (IPR) (Develop during the D7.3) carried out in the Estella project. Its main objective is to establish the procedures necessary to identify and protect the exploitation of intellectual property assets generated throughout the project lifecycle. The IPR provides an analysis of relevant contents of intellectual property (patents, trade secrets, trade marks, copyright, industrial design and know-how) and defines the intended exploitation approaches and the appropriate protection levels to ensure that the results are properly managed and protected. In addition, the plan establishes partner’s rules and responsibilities among the project regarding the develop, use and dissemination of results. It also includes confidentiality and data management procedures, as well as guidelines for monitoring and updating IPR during and after the project. Therefore, this deliverable provides a clear and structured framework to ensure that all assets are protected, exploited and managed with the standards, supporting innovation, collaboration and long-term sustainability.
