EXECUTIVE SUMMARY In the deliverable 7.7, the tasks related to the Exploitation Plan (EP) of the Estella project have been carried out. According to the Horizon Europe guidelines, the projects are required to make effort to exploit and protect the new knowledge generated. This plan outlines the expected impact of the project results and defines the strategy to ensure their effective use. The main objective of the tasks presented in the deliverable is to maximize the impact and the durability of the results, ensuring their use over the duration of the project. To achieve this objective, the document describes the identification and analysis of exploitable results (Key Exploitable Results, KERs). Moreover, this deliverable has required the collaboration of all ESTELLA partners in order to ensure the effective exploitation of results at both the individual partner level and the consortium level. The report also describes the methodology applied for the development of the EP, which includes considerations on technology identification and evaluation, business planning, competitive intelligence and clustering activities. Finally, the deliverable 7.7 has fully met its objectives. No deviations have been found in the deliverable or in the project progress in content, time or impacts, as set out in the Grant Agreement.
