भाषाई विविधता और वैश्विक संदर्भ
Abstract
सारांश- भाषाई विविधता मानव सभ्यता की सांस्कृतिक संपदा है। विश्व में हजारों भाषाएँ बोली जाती हैं, जिनमें हर भाषा अपने समुदाय की परंपरा, ज्ञान और सांस्कृतिक पहचान को संरक्षित करती है। वैश्विक संदर्भ में भाषाई विविधता कई स्तरों पर महत्त्वपूर्ण है— 1. सांस्कृतिक धरोहर – भाषाएँ परंपरा, कला, साहित्य और लोकज्ञान का भंडार हैं। 2. सामाजिक समावेशन – विविध भाषाओं का सम्मान लोकतांत्रिक और बहुसांस्कृतिक समाज की आधारशिला है। 3. शिक्षा और ज्ञान-विनिमय – मातृभाषा में शिक्षा से सीखने की क्षमता बढ़ती है, वहीं वैश्विक भाषाओं (जैसे अंग्रेज़ी) से अंतरराष्ट्रीय संवाद संभव होता है। 4. आर्थिक अवसर – बहुभाषिकता पर्यटन, व्यापार और वैश्विक रोजगार में सहायक होती है। 5. चुनौतियाँ – वैश्वीकरण और तकनीकी प्रभुत्व से अनेक भाषाएँ लुप्त होने के संकट में हैं। 6. संरक्षण की आवश्यकता – भाषाई विविधता को बनाए रखना सांस्कृतिक समानता और मानवीय सहअस्तित्व के लिए अनिवार्य है। भाषाई विविधता वैश्विक संवाद और सहयोग का सेतु है। इसका संरक्षण न केवल सांस्कृतिक धरोहर की रक्षा है बल्कि मानवता के सामूहिक विकास की शर्त भी है।
