Abstract
This record contains a summary of 12 semi-structured interviews with Cultural Heritage organizations (19 participants). Participants are interviewed as experts, discussing volunteering practices in thier organizations. Original interviews were conducted in English and Italian, and took place between October and December 2024. Key topics included: - Understanding Volunteerism in the Museum and Cultural Heritage Sector - Volunteer and Museum/CH Organization Profiles - Volunteers/Community Side - Museum/CHI Organizations Side: - Outcomes of Volunteerism in Museums and Cultural Heritage Organizations The original interview files: 14 interview transcripts (~110 968 words), saved in .docx, in Engligh or Italian. They are stored for long-time preservation in the institutional archive at Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
