Abstract

This repository contains supplementary materials associated with the systematic literature review entitled “Leadership, Human-Centered Management and Organizational Culture: Pathways to Well-Being and Innovative Work.” The files included ensure full transparency, reproducibility, and alignment with best practices for open science, PRISMA 2020, and MDPI editorial guidelines.
