The study was carried out in a consistent and systematic manner, employing a logical research approach, with the applied methods fully aligned with the aims and objectives of the research. Furthermore, the analysis of scientific and methodological literature was focused on identifying and addressing existing problems in the development of the training process, and the findings were effectively implemented into practical training activities. Keywords: development of attacking techniques, handball, modern handball, non-traditional exercises, technical preparedness. The present dissertation research contributes, to a certain extent, to the implementation of the objectives defined in the Resolution “On the Wide Promotion of a Healthy Lifestyle in Uzbekistan and the Involvement of the Population in Physical Education and Mass Sports”, as well as in several regulatory and legal documents aimed at popularizing physical education and sports. In the training process, exercises are performed using complex and distracting movements. The less time spent transitioning from one movement to another, the greater the opportunity to deceive the opponent. Each exercise performed during training contributes to bypassing the opponent, creating distraction, and further improving technical skills. The aim of the research is to design and substantiate a set of exercises for enhancing the attacking techniques of handball players within a two-week training program. Research objectives: designing and scientifically substantiate a set of exercises intended to enhance agility and technical preparedness of male handball players during the training stage; systematizing the physical and technical preparedness of handball players by designing training cycles oriented toward the methods of each stage of development. To further improve the training process of handball players, we focused on assessing the physical fitness of participants before the experiment using specialized tests. This allowed us to evaluate the physical preparedness of participants in both the experimental and control groups according to four indicators. The physical exercises administered to the experimental group were designed to determine their level of physical fitness and were aimed at enhancing the overall physical preparedness of the athletes. The use of non-traditional exercises significantly contributed to the improvement of physical fitness. These exercises were specifically designed to ensure comfort for handball players during the

The results of the study assessing physical preparedness are presented in Tables 1 and 2. Table-1 PHYSICAL FITNESS INDICATORS OF HANDBALL PLAYERS IN THE EXPERIMENTAL GROUP AT THE BEGINNING OF THE STUDY (n=15) At the beginning of the study, the experimental group of male handball players demonstrated the following physical fitness test results. In assessing speed, the 30 m sprint showed a mean result of 5.23 ± 0.45 seconds. For agility, the shuttle run 3×10 m test recorded an average of 7.81 ± 0.27 seconds. To evaluate explosive strength, the standing long jump yielded a mean distance of 188.3 ± 21.53 cm, while the pull-ups on the horizontal bar averaged 11.4 ± 5.28 repetitions. In assessing flexibility, the forward bend with knees straight on a gymnastic bench showed a mean of 11.5 ± 4.17 cm. These pre-experiment results provide a baseline for further analysis of the training intervention. № Full name 30 m Sprint (seconds) Forward Bend with Knees Straight on Gymnastic Bench PullUps (times) Shuttle Run 3×10 m (seconds) Standing Long Jump (m.cm) 1. In assessing speed, the 30 m sprint showed a mean result of 5.36 ± 0.31 seconds. For agility, the shuttle run 3×10 m test recorded an average of 7.69 ± 0.27 seconds. To evaluate explosive strength, the standing long jump yielded a mean distance of 200.2 ± 17.95 cm, while the pull-ups on the horizontal bar averaged 9.3 ± 2.62 repetitions. In assessing flexibility, the forward bend with knees straight on a gymnastic bench showed a mean of 9.1 ± 2.56 cm. Analysis of the pedagogical study results indicates that no significant differences in physical fitness were observed between the experimental and control groups prior to the intervention. This suggests that the physical preparedness and other relevant indicators of participants in both groups were comparable, providing a solid basis for conducting pedagogical experiments with these participants. After conducting pedagogical monitoring of the handball players, their development of agility and technical preparedness during the training process was expressed as follows: • Organizing an attack from the right and left sides.

The use of such exercises has been proven to provide participants with effective and reliable results both during training sessions and competitions. In conclusion, the physical tests aimed at developing specific physical qualities during the monitoring of handball players primarily also contributed to the improvement of their technical preparedness. In the first stage of our research, we analyzed the technical-tactical methods employed by leading handball players during the training process. Accordingly, when preparing for prestigious competitions, handball players first study and analyze information about all participants with the assistance of their coaches. This analysis forms the basis of their technical-tactical preparedness for achieving victory. Such preparation reflects that physical readiness in high-level competitions is deeply integrated with complex tactical actions derived from well-mastered technical-tactical methods. To effectively manage the training process of handball players, the development of a multi-year training program is of critical importance. A program structured to account for the various stages of long-term preparation allows for more precise determination of the primary focus of training sessions, the setting of specific performance indicators, and the enhancement of physical preparedness throughout the research process in handball. The main distinction of the research methodology lies in incorporating pre-competition and competition preparation into the training content of handball players. This includes enhancing physical performance, developing efficient movement strategies during competitions, and integrating the most effective technical-tactical actions that players apply in achieving results. In conclusion, we consider it appropriate to optimally organize the physical training of handball players to develop both general and specialized physical preparedness. Physical fitness required for the game progressively improves through technical training, while the individual abilities of the athlete and the collective movements necessary for the team are simultaneously refined. All known methods are employed to improve technique, with the repetition method being the most widely used. Additionally, all types of competition techniques are incorporated. Technique constitutes the foundation of the game; only mastering it perfectly and knowing how to apply it in various game situations ensures the attainment of a high level of sports proficiency.
