Abstract
RADS for Laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) is designed to cover the data related to the entire surgical journey of LC, from admission to discharge. Set of 6 RADS are designed for the effective recording of information relevant to each stage of the surgery and the PDF version of each RADS form is made available here.
