Note: “Prophetic Music™” (as used here) is not limited to “church sound.” It can be culturally fluent while remaining spiritually governed. Four Use Types Type 1 — Internal Use (Default) Family Wealth Moguls™ artists, employees, and official collaborators may use ecosystem lane names in releases, bios, programs, marketing, and materials. Type 2 — Public Reference (No Permission Needed) Anyone may reference the Prophetic Music Ecosystem™ in discussion, commentary, reviews, interviews, or descriptive language, as long as they: do not claim authorship, and do not present it as their proprietary framework. Type 3 — Community Authorization (Free Permission / Written Approval Required) Independent artists and community creators may use ecosystem lane names as an artistic descriptor (metadata, bios, cover art, rollouts) only after written approval from Family Wealth Moguls™. Community Authorization is free, mission-aligned, and requires: clear attribution (see Section 4) no originator/founder claims agreement to basic integrity standards (no hate/incitement; respect youth-safe boundaries when marketing to youth) Type 4 — Commercial License (Paid / Contracted Use) Use of lane names or ecosystem terminology as part of a business offering requires a paid license and/or contract. This includes: paid workshops or curriculum certification programs event series branded around lane names consulting services using the framework name merch or product lines using lane names institutional programs where the framework is marketed as a deliverable Commercial licensing includes defined scope, term, and quality-control standards to protect framework integrity.
