राष्ट्र निर्माण में सामाजिक न्याय और एकता का महत्व : डॉ. भीमराव अंबेडकर और विभाजन की समस्या
Abstract
यह शोध-पत्र डॉ. भीमराव आंबेडकर के विभाजन (Partition) पर विचारों और उनके सामाजिक न्याय के सिद्धांतों को आधार मानकर राष्ट्र निर्माण में सामाजिक न्याय और एकता के महत्व का समग्र विश्लेषण प्रस्तुत करता है। आंबेडकर ने विभाजन को केवल धार्मिक-सांप्रदायिक संघर्ष नहीं माना, बल्कि उसे भारतीय समाज की गहरी संरचनात्मक असमानताओं का परिणाम समझा। उनका तर्क था कि भू-राजनीतिक विभाजन से असमानताओं का निदान नहीं होगा—बल्कि संवैधानिक सुरक्षा, सामाजिक-आर्थिक सुधार और समावेशी नीतियाँ ही स्थायी समाधान दे सकती हैं। अध्ययन गुणात्मक पद्धति पर आधारित है और इसने प्राथमिक रूप से आंबेडकर के मूल ग्रंथों का तथा द्वितीयक साहित्य का सैद्धांतिक विश्लेषण किया है। परिणाम यह दर्शाते हैं कि आंबेडकर द्वारा प्रस्तावित संवैधानिक नैतिकता, आरक्षण, शिक्षा-सशक्तिकरण और राजनीतिक प्रतिनिधित्व आज भी प्रासंगिक हैं और बहुसंख्यकवाद व पहचान-राजनीति के संदर्भ में महत्वपूर्ण नीतिगत दिशानिर्देश प्रदान करते हैं। शोध यह निष्कर्ष देता है कि समावेशी राष्ट्र-निर्माण के लिए संवैधानिक प्रावधानों का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन, आर्थिक व शैक्षिक सशक्तिकरण तथा सामाजिक समरसता कार्यक्रम अनिवार्य हैं। यह पेपर नीति-निर्माताओं, शोधकर्ताओं और नागरिक समाज के लिए व्यवहारिक सिफारिशें प्रस्तुत करता है जो भारत में दीर्घकालिक सामाजिक सामंजस्य और न्याय की दिशा में उपयोगी हो सकती हैं।
