Innovative teaching methods play a crucial role in organizing educational activities that correspond to the developmental needs, interests, and individual characteristics of preschool children. This article explores the role and significance of innovative teaching methods in preschool education, emphasizing their impact on children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and creative development. Particular attention is paid to interactive, play-based, learnercentered, and technology-enhanced teaching approaches that promote active participation and motivation among young learners. The study highlights how innovative methods contribute to the formation of basic competencies, independent thinking skills, and early learning habits in preschool children. Furthermore, the article discusses the pedagogical conditions necessary for the effective implementation of innovative teaching methods, including teacher professional competence, the use of modern educational resources, and a supportive learning environment. The findings demonstrate that the integration of innovative teaching methods in preschool education significantly enhances educational effectiveness and ensures holistic child development. Game-based technologies, interactive methods, information and communication technologies, the STEAM approach, and other modern teaching methods correspond to the natural interests and psychological characteristics of preschool-aged children. The application of innovative teaching methods in preschool education not only enhances the quality of education but also facilitates the formation of basic competencies, supports social adaptation, and fosters a positive attitude toward learning among children. From this perspective, a scientific analysis of the role and significance of innovative teaching methods, as well as an examination of their impact on the educational process, is of great scientific and practical importance. Literature Review. The issue of applying innovative teaching methods in preschool education has been widely discussed in pedagogical research, both in international and national contexts. Many scholars emphasize that early childhood education requires flexible, child-centered, and developmentally appropriate teaching approaches that support holistic development.
