Ribes & Gorczyca, 2006 (Heteroptera: Miridae: Cylapinae) on the island of Gran Canaria (Canary Islands, Spain) is reported. The distribution of the species in the archipelago is summarised. Se presenta la primera cita de Fulvius borgesi Chérot, J. Ribes & Gorczyca, 2006 (Heteroptera: Miridae: Cylapinae) en la isla de Gran Canaria (Islas Canarias, España). Ribes & Gorczyca, 2006 (Heteroptera: Miridae: Cylapinae) has been reported from the islands of La Palma and Tenerife (Canary Islands, Spain) (ROCA-CUSACHS et al., 2016, 2020; VAN DER HEYDEN, 2024). Herein, the first record of F. borgesi from the island of Gran Canaria is reported: On 30-052025, an adult specimen (Fig. 1) was observed north of San José del Álamo, located in the northern part of the island (coordinates: 28.0838819561, -15.5083813165). Three photographs of the specimen were uploaded to the online database iNaturalist (see here). Acknowledgements I like to thank Carmen D.
