The his opa hological examina ion e ealed an ac al len iginous melanoma wi h a hickness (B eslow) o 6 mm ex ending in o he subcu aneous issue (Cla k le el V), which was managed wi h su ge y and isola ed limb pe usion (sen inel lymph node biopsy was posi i e wi h no o he e idence o dis an disease).
