Abstract

La industria del automóvil es un sector clave para la mayoría de los países del mundo debido a que en las últimas décadas el automóvil se ha convertido en uno de los biene de consump más importantes así como en una fuerza de arrastre de productos en otras industrias. Además,cuando se trata de adoptar las úñtimas tecnologías, la industria del automóvil siempre se ha mantenido a la vanguardia.<br />El objetivo de este trabajo es decribir la evolución de este sector desde el comienzo de la producción de automóviles hasta su situación actual, explicar cómo los avances en esta industria han afectado a otras y analizar cómo la Industria 4.0 está siendo implementada para hacer frente a los cambios tecnológicos que están sinedo experimentados en el sector.<br /><br /> Aguilar Aragonés, Manuel; Pastor Agustín, Gema

The con inen has dec eased i s impo ance in he p oduc ion o ehicles du ing he las yea s om 29.36% o he p oduc ion in 2005 o 22.18% in 2019 (OICA) Japan p oduced 8.3 million o al ehicles in 2019, 9% o all ehicles made. Japan is esponsible o he second-highes amoun o ca expo s in he wo ld. Toyo a is esponsible o app oxima ely 29% o Japan’s au omobile manu ac u ing, while Honda Mo o Company is he second-la ges manu ac u e , holding abou 14.4% o he Japanese ma ke , ollowed by Nissan Mo o s. Ge many p oduced 4.6 million o al ca s in 2019. This igu e ep esen ed a 9% dec ease om 2018 p oduc ion le els. The dolla alue o almos one-qua e o all ca s manu ac u ed in Ge many is expo ed. Volkswagen AG is he leading Ge man manu ac u e , p oducing jus unde 700,000 ca s among i s many makes including Po sche. Me cedes Benz is he second la ges manu ac u e in Ge many. The coun y wi h he highes impo ance is China, which in he las yea ep esen ed 50.8% o he o al p oduc ion o he con inen ; he second coun y wi h he highes impo ance is Japan wi h 19.9% o he o al p oduc ion.
