State of Social Pedagogy in Spain
Abstract
La presente comunicación ilustra, de manera breve, el estado en el que se encuentra la Pedagogía Social en España. Se trata de una revisión muy genérica en la que se pone de manifiesto lo incipiente de su situación, contrapuesta con la consolidada tradición de la pedagogía escolar en nuestro país. En virtud de ello, se plantean algunos de los aspectos sobre los que se necesita seguir trabajando para reivindicar un mayor desarrollo de esta área de conocimiento y de su ámbito de acción, que resultan tan complejos.
